RENTER ELIGIBILITY
Renter must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. The name on the license must match the registered account name. Easy Access Car Rental reserves the right to refuse rental to any person who does not meet these requirements.
FUEL POLICY
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for refueling at the current market rate plus a J$1,500 service fee.
LATE RETURNS
A late fee equivalent to the pro-rated daily rate will be charged for returns more than 30 minutes past the agreed return time. Renters must notify Easy Access Car Rental immediately if they anticipate a late return.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund minus any payment processing fees.
Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one (1) day's rental rate. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Post Pick-Up Cancellation: If a renter wishes to cancel or terminate the rental after the vehicle has been picked up, the renter must notify Easy Access Car Rental on the same day. Failure to do so will result in the full remaining rental amount being charged. A termination fee of J$3,000 will also apply. No refund will be issued for any unused days once the vehicle has been collected and the rental has commenced.
No-Show: If the renter fails to collect the vehicle within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full rental amount will be forfeited.
SMOKING POLICY
All Easy Access Car Rental vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning and deodorizing fee of J$8,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle upon return.
PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in Easy Access Car Rental vehicles without prior written approval. An unauthorized pet cleaning fee of J$5,000 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the vehicle.
DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
The renter is responsible for all damage to the vehicle occurring during the rental period, including but not limited to windshield chips, tire damage, body damage, and interior damage, unless covered by a separately purchased insurance policy. The renter must report any damage immediately.
PROHIBITED USES
The vehicle may not be used for: racing or speed testing; towing any trailer or vehicle; transporting hazardous materials; operation by any person not listed as an authorized driver; any illegal activity. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the rental and full liability for any resulting damage.
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS & TOLLS
The renter is solely responsible for all traffic citations, parking violations, tolls, and any other government-imposed charges incurred during the rental period. Easy Access Car Rental will pass on any fines received plus a J$1,500 administrative processing fee.
VEHICLE CONDITION
The renter acknowledges they have inspected the vehicle at pick-up and agrees the condition is as noted on the rental agreement. Any pre-existing damage must be noted before departure. Undocumented damage found upon return will be the renter's responsibility.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By accepting these terms, I confirm that I have read and understood this rental agreement in full, that all information I have provided is accurate, that I hold a valid driver's license, and that I am at least 21 years of age. I accept full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.
